Who's Rollee

Rollee is an open finance platform for alternative data to streamline the credit underwriting process. We work with auto lenders, banks, insurance companies, and many other businesses that leverage our API to reduce their default rates and fraud events and increase their acceptance rates.

We are looking for a Backend Engineer Intern to our Core Services team.

You Will

• Build new solutions and on top of existing implementations to fully automate complex processes
• Identify and solve production issues
• Collaborate with various positions across the tech team (Product managers, Data scientists, Frontend developers)
• Promote good design patterns, inspire clean and neat architectures
• Own your work, iterate, learn, and adapt fast
  
  

The Profile We Are Looking For

• Fluent in English (we work 100% in English)
• Strong Python skills
• Knowledge about scraping / web automation (at least one library like Playwright)
• Interest in browser automating complex flows with a lot of interaction
• Already developed an AI Agent to automate a series of tasks
• Self learner who likes challenges
• Thrives in a fast-developing remote working environment with a high degree of autonomy
• A strong interest in the Fintech space and financial inclusion
• Pro-active, self-motivated, and works well in a team environment
