Back End Software Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking Senior Backend Engineers with a ion for building best-in-class server-side components to our team. As a backend developer, you will be responsible for building the core systems and APIs that power our website and mobile applications.

What You'll Do:

• Build highly available, scalable, and reliable server-side components and services.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs.
• Create, optimize, and maintain databases.
• Maintain code standards with a special focus on quality, maintainability, and security.
• Work closely with frontend engineers and designers to improve the performance and usability of product features.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, peers, and leaders to define and deliver product features.
• Debug errors, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine performance optimizations.
  
  

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of experience building complex, large-scale distributed systems.
• Proven experience in TypeScript and/or GoLang.
• Experience with the design and implementation of APIs.
• Experience with creating, optimizing, and managing databases.
• Experience in Nest.js is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A Master's degree in Computer Science is preferred.
