I have developed a Windows Desktop Application that manage the loans, creating a track about where are the equipments, devolution date and other information,
This application help the organization to get the equipments back in correct dates and help more people.

This tool generate Java stuff, prepared for Java Server Faces, creating the folowing artifacts: Managed Bean, DAO, VO, TO, Service and Pages, All configuration files (application,properties, etc). This tool help teams to improve at least in 50% the time to deliver histories.

Katia innovated and structured the Academic Initiative program, with the objective of developing IT skills to sustain the growth of IBM in Brazil. It was a meaningful experience of leading a Y-generation group making the most of their collective intelligence using social tools and virtual environments.
Results: Due to the energy of these ambassadors in five years Academic Initiative has expanded its reach from 4,000 to 140,000 students in Brazil. Along with USA, and China, Brazilian…Katia innovated and structured the Academic Initiative program, with the objective of developing IT skills to sustain the growth of IBM in Brazil. It was a meaningful experience of leading a Y-generation group making the most of their collective intelligence using social tools and virtual environments.
Results: Due to the energy of these ambassadors in five years Academic Initiative has expanded its reach from 4,000 to 140,000 students in Brazil. Along with USA, and China, Brazilian students are now among the top countries in the use of IBM technology in the labs, including new courses using mainframe. A two-page article published by Exame - the most prestigious Brazilian business magazine – describes the ambassadors program.
She created processes, partnered internally and externally to compensate low investments and led the work of 300 very active volunteers: the IBM Academic ambassadors.Otros creadores -
