Adding a tech twist, participants redeemed their prizes through POS devices, offering a brief yet engaging experience with the very payment solutions we’ve specialized in for over 15 years. 💳⚙️ We also took the stage at the invitation of La Pampa Investment and International Trade Agency, where our COO, Eber Bezzone, delivered an inspiring talk titled "Exporting Services: A Success Story from La Pampa". 🌍 His session highlighted Tecro’s path to international markets and our vision for global growth. ¡Qué recorrido hemos tenido en el Bunker de Líderes 2.0 en TECRO este 2024 ! 💪🏼 Después de 9 sesiones intensas con los Teams Leaders junto a Alejandro Lang, hoy cerramos este ciclo con un repaso, aprendizajes y reflexión profunda sobre el impacto real, no solo en los líderes, sino también en cómo sus equipos ahora trabajan de manera más ágil, efectiva y colaborativa. Es increíble ver cómo pasamos de las primeras conversaciones sobre los retos más duros en el liderazgo, a escuchar a los participantes contar cómo han ganado confianza en la delegación, mejorado la comunicación y logrado que su equipo se enfoque más en el proceso y no solo en los resultados. Hubo momentos de vulnerabilidad, aprendizajes clave y, lo más importante, ¡mucho crecimiento! 🌱 Algunos líderes compartieron cómo ahora “enseñan a pescar” en lugar de resolver todo por sí mismos, permitiendo que sus equipos sean más autónomos. Otros destacaron la importancia de medir y gestionar mejor, y cómo esto está marcando la diferencia en su día a día. Es el segundo año consecutivo, por lo que nos propusimos profundizar los temas, dar las herramientas para lograr equipos de alto rendimiento. Trabajamos con los TEST de perfil comportamental PPA DISC no solo para los lideres sino de todos los colaboradores y enseñamos la sintonía fina con liderazgo adaptativo a cada perfil, escucharlos hablar en este lenguaje nos dio tremenda satisfacción. El desarrollo del liderazgo es un proceso continuo, siempre hay cosas por mejorar, vimos un avance sólido en habilidades de liderazgo, organización, comunicación y planificación, pero sobre todo en la consolidación del rol, cambiaron verdaderament el chip y se sienten lideres. Todo este ciclo tuvo en desafío extra, ya que fue hibrido teniendo que facilitar en las oficinas y a la vez con participantes remotos por lo que diseñamos cada actividad pensando en la experiencia de todos los particiapantes. Lo mejor de todo: la calidez, la sinceridad y la apertura de cada líder en este espacio. Es un recordatorio de que el verdadero cambio viene de trabajar con lo que hay, pero con ganas de superarse constantemente. Gracias a cada uno por su predisposición y compromiso. After a few weeks without seeing each other, I reunited with Martin D'Amico, CEO of TECRO! The main reason? forces and network together at MAG Payments Conference 2024! This is such an important event for us, because that it is precisely the niche where we have more than 15 years of experience (well, mainly D’amico) I've been in the US for so many days now that I feel like I'm already dreaming about the mates I'm going to have when I get back. Meanwhile, though, my brain is fully switched to bilingual mode 🔛 Chats here, meetings there, lots of networking and keep going! TECRO keeps rolling! These past weeks traveling across the States have been amazing so far. Now I’m on a short quick stop in San Francisco to meet with some people,  but the next stop is (drum roll please)... ORLANDO! No, we’re no taking a trip to Disney (we wish) With Martin D'Amico we’ll be attending the MAG Payments Conference, one of the most innovative events in the payments industry. It’s right up our alley! Just left Austin after attending Fintech DevCon! 🚀 So happy to have represented TECRO together with Ramiro Higonet Lang, friend and coworker. We dove deep into the latest fintech innovations, connected with industry leaders, and came away inspired by the incredible energy and ideas buzzing around. ✨ The talks and workshops were great, but meeting so many cool people in fintech was even better. Nothing beats a good chat in person! Thanks to Moov, the organizers, for putting this together. We learned a lot and can't wait to use these ideas at work. Who knows, maybe we'll team up with some of the cool people we met!
