Software Engineer in Test

Our agile centralized development teams powered by our on-site senior leadership allow us to work with you as a stand-alone group be it integrating into your in-house dev teams or providing external architectural guidance.

We are seeking an SDET to help ensure the quality of key products from our Client, a Healthcare company. You will design and maintain automated test frameworks, lead quality initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Role & Responsibilities

• Test Automation Frameworks: Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and select appropriate testing tools
• Test Execution & Defect Management: Execute and maintain automated and manual test suites, create test cases, and report defects
• Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead testing initiatives, define test strategies, and promote best practices within the team
• Collaboration & Development: Work closely with developers and product owners, participate in code reviews, and feature development
• Continuous Improvement: Implement CI testing, participate in agile ceremonies, and drive process improvements
  
  
  

Hard Skills - Must Have

• Previous experience with test automation frameworks and software development tools
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Vitest)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java and NodeJS
• Experience testing APIs, familiarity with Git, CI/CD, SQL, and Jira
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies
