🎭 About the role

We’re looking to continue growing our globally distributed software engineering team. We’re looking for critical thinkers who enjoy owning and solving hard problems in the front-end space.

As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you’ll be responsible for building -facing features and interfaces with a focus on performance, accessibility, and scalability. You will collaborate closely with design, product, and back-end teams to deliver seamless experiences that align with our mission.

We are open to applicants located in LatAm for this role.

What you’ll be doing (i.e. job duties):

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web interfaces using TypeScript and React
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product features
• Ensure performance and scalability of the front-end applications
• Create reusable components and ensure consistency in UI/UX design
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a high level of code quality through best practices, including code reviews and testing
  
  
  

What we look for in you (i.e. job requirements):

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and React
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services
• Solid understanding of front-end performance optimization and accessibility best practices
• Proficiency in modern CSS frameworks and tools (e.g., Styled Components, TailwindCSS)
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
• Able to thrive at a startup, i.e., in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  
  

Nice to haves/Bonus Attributes:

• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and frameworks like Next.js
• Exposure to testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
• Familiarity with design systems and tools like Figma
• Experience working with GraphQL APIs
