QA Automation Engineer, Trilogy (Remote) - $60,000/year USD

We're looking for someone who can wield AI like a weapon in QA. You’ll own the creation of intelligent, adaptive test automation frameworks that evolve with the product. You’ll use GenAI to do what QA was never allowed to before: simulate edge-case behaviors, generate stress conditions on the fly, and surface the bugs nobody else knew to look for.

What You Will Be Doing

• Implement and maintain AI-based test automation frameworks to increase test coverage and efficiency
• Use GenAI tools to analyze testing outcomes, identify patterns in defects, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
