About The Role

As a Middle Front End Developer, you’ll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. You will be part of a cross-functional team collaborating with Product, Marketing, QA, and Design to develop solutions that combine frontend technologies with strategic digital thinking. Your mission is to create scalable, reusable, and responsive UI components using best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement -friendly, marketing-driven frontend components and interfaces
• Develop and maintain responsive layouts using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Collaborate in the development of internal tools and platforms
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure visual and functional consistency
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using modular architecture and CSS methodologies (e.g., BEM, OOCSS, SMACSS)
• Work with Git for version control and participate in regular code reviews
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Marketing, QA, and Backend teams to deliver seamless experiences
• Keep frontend documentation updated and contribute to process improvements
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Git
• Able to write JavaScript code from scratch (no reliance on heavy frameworks for basic tasks)
• Solid understanding of CSS architecture and methodologies such as BEM, OOCSS, or SMACSS
• Strong knowledge of SASS/SCSS
• Familiar with modern development tools like Yarn or NPM
• Fluent in Spanish and intermediate English
• Proactive, analytical mindset with entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing code
  
  

Desirable

• Experience with modern stacks such as TypeScript, React, and Jamstack architectures (e.g., Next.js)
• Familiarity with unit testing (e.g., using Jest)
• Experience using Styled Components/Tailwind and Storybook for UI development
• Knowledge of Twig or similar PHP templating engines
• Basic understanding of SEO principles for frontend structure
• Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous operations in JavaScript
