Primary Responsibilities
Fullstack Software Development Leadership
Spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of comprehensive fullstack applications aligned with critical business operations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
Technical Guidance and Leadership
Offer mentorship to junior developers, facilitating their professional growth and technical expertise.
Ensure adherence to superior coding practices and standards to maintain code integrity and operational efficacy.
Project Coordination and Collaboration
Oversee project schedules and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client and organizational objectives.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure project goals are met.
Innovation and Strategic Problem Resolution
Identify opportunities for technical improvements and advocate efficiency enhancements.
Resolve complex technical challenges to facilitate successful project outcomes.
Qualifications And Skills
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in fullstack development, with a proven track record of leading software engineering teams.
Technical Expertise: Profound knowledge of fullstack development frameworks and tools. Proficiency in SQL, RESTful services, and microservices architecture is imperative.
Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership abilities complemented by excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective collaboration in team environments is essential.
Problem Solving Acumen: Robust analytical skills and a strategic mindset to adeptly navigate and resolve technical challenges.
Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a rapidly evolving work environment, adept at adapting to emerging technologies and evolving project demands.
