Are you a JavaScript enthusiast ready to level-up with React? At Synapsis Team you’ll craft interfaces used by thousands while learning shoulder-to-shoulder with seasoned engineers. This role sits in our Frontend Guild: you’ll partner with designers, product owners, and DevOps to turn mock-ups into fast, accessible, pixel-perfect experiences.

✨ Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reusable React components with TypeScript and styled-components/emotion.
• Co-shape stories with UX/Product to ensure value-driven delivery.
• Write tests (Jest + React Testing Library) and contribute to our CI/CD pipeline.
• Spot and implement performance wins (lazy loading, code-splitting).
• Document architectural decisions in Storybook and Notion to foster shared knowledge.
• Integrate seamlessly with back-end teams via REST and GraphQL.
• Live the agile culture—participate in inclusive dailies, refinements, and retrospectives.

🎯 Requirements

Must-haves

• 6-18 months professional experience or strong personal projects with React.
• Solid grasp of ES6+, HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid) and Git workflows.
• Basic understanding of RESTful/GraphQL API consumption.
• The ability to read/write technical English.

Nice-to-haves

• TypeScript, Redux Toolkit or Context API.
• Unit and E2E testing (Jest, Cypress).
• Familiarity with Figma or Zeplin for design hand-off.
• Open-source contributions or a polished GitHub portfolio.
