Were Looking For a Java Backend Engineer (Semi Senior)

Were on the hunt for a Semi Senior Backend Engineer (Java) who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys technical challenges, and brings autonomy, clarity, and quality to every solution.

Youll be working on a high-impact, scalable project, contributing to the architecture, coding standards, and delivery of robust backend features. You'll have the space to make architectural decisions, align priorities with peers, and stay hands-on while helping shape the future of the product.

What Youll Be Doing

• Make technical decisions in complex, real-world contexts with high autonomy.
• Define priorities within your scope and collaborate with peers to meet shared objectives.
• Actively engage in solving critical issues without causing process delays.
• Design and implement robust, scalable solutions using Java.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance through best practices.
• Advocate for modern software architecture and design patterns.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Solid hands-on experience with Java (versions 811, ideally 17).
• Strong knowledge of the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Batch).
• Experience building event-driven microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with software design principles and patterns: MVC, Clean Code, Hexagonal, Clean Architecture, etc.
• Hands-on experience integrating with Message Queues (MQ), REST APIs, and asynchronous processing.
• Practical experience with Reactive Programming using Spring WebFlux.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, G, or Kubernetes.
• Experience using Kafka for stream processing and communication.
• Proficient in containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Confident using GIT/GitLab for version control.
