Proposal of solution of one of the structural problems of Control Engineering: The reachability of equilibrium points in nonlinear dynamic systems. Although those of equilibrium are found, nothing can be said whether they will be effectively achieved or not.
I present theorems and computational method to arrive at these conclusions.
This question has been studied since the development of the theory of the stability of dynamic systems by Aleksandr Mikhailovich Lyapunov (1857-1918). -
