    Starting acting as a Logistic responsable resource doing mapping of Gap's/Deltas and design solutions for SD, MM and PM modules, this activity was made in the different cities (Londrina, Maringá and Guarulhos), having a nice challenge of equalization business processes between a large volume of Companies involved in the scope, with different focuses in the transportation segment. Scope project alignment for new project consultants, responsible for MM and PM modules.

    to project manager in order to define initial project steps, Schedule, resources, flexible solution aligned with the project deadline and design solution for gaps, training, etc.

    Responsible for the SD module (acting alone in the first five months), making adjustments for 93 sales scenarios, design of 3 big legacy systems interfaces with high level of complexity, creation of test plan using Solution Manager tool, management the keys team formed by 11 people, process and fiscal (J1BTAX) training, create and managing strategy definition for the SD transport requests of the original project (rollout), mapping and adjustment of gaps/deltas solution, survey and application SAP Notes, etc.

    Performance in the project until the unit test (SIT) phase and preparation for UAT.

    For health family problems reasons and due to the location of the project, could not find a viable solution to continue in the project.. Keys and Customer Project Manager satisfied with the work performed until the effective exit.
