A talent is a naturally recurring pattern of thought, feeling, or behavior that can be applied productively. There are hundreds of different talents, including behaviors such as:
- Initiating conversations effortlessly and instinctively
- Thinking in an orderly or timely manner
- Easily influencing others
- Seeing patterns in data
- Consistently having a positive outlook on life

Such natural abilities represent what people do instinctively. Talents are spontaneous, immediate, and perhaps even unconscious reactions to situations you encounter. They are what you do well almost every time, even without thinking about it.

Strength is the ability to produce a near-perfect result in a specific task constantly. To achieve that requires regular practice to achieve near-perfect outcomes. To develop strength, you need to know your talents, invest time in practicing them, develop techniques, and build up a knowledge base.

The implementation of the instant payments (IP) ecosystem in Brazil aims at speeding up the transmission of the payment message and the availability of final funds to the payee, lowering costs, increasing safety, and, ultimately, improving customer experience.

- PM/PO with specification, schedules and estimation.
- Design and build new features in a Microservice Architecture.

Responsabilidades / Realizações: Desenvolvimento de componentes e mecanismos para obtenção de dados de monitoramento entre os diversos módulos do framework AWB, criação da camada de integração com o GLOG. Responsável por participar como líder técnico tanto com a equipe quanto em reuniões diretamente com o cliente para discutir e viabilizar soluções que atendam a necessidade do cliente. Atuação em todas as fases do projeto, produção de artefatos, implementação, acompanhamento de entrega e homologação (implantação). Mostrar menos
