A client believes AI can solve all their issues. Can machine learning meet their expectations?
Over the last few years I have seen companies trying to use AI for all kinds of initiatives. Sometimes they have gone for solutions that require a high level of expertise without the appropriate resources or they have entered areas where AI has not yet been sufficiently developed, causing uncertainty at the end of the project. Other times the same solution could have been obtained by using simpler tools. Many times the mistake was not setting clear expectations, also the lack of knowledge of the effective capabilities of AI and ML, but other times it was due to the fact that they acquired a solution that cost a lot of money and they have to justify that investment. Some IA anti-patterns are at the order of the day.

Also, the team is conducting performance and load tests with JMeter against Amazon AWS tier.
Once the product is completed, there will be a massive product upgrade and migration from several thousand clients running the old standalone version of the product.
