- Definition of multichannel architecture resulting from the complete suite in the bank, be it hardware (number of Us, physical or virtualized equipment, amount of memory, number of servers), network (distribution by layers, ports to open, protocols to handle) and software (distribution of components, base software per server, application servers, external proxies, apache balancers).
- Fully integrated architecture tuning (load balancing, load stress, performance stress)
- Definition and installation of QA environments, Homologation and Production of the bank. The installation consisted of ALL the components of the architecture, not just CMM.
- Complete definition of banking core service interfaces, integrating them into the multichannel solution
