You're organizing an event on a tight budget. How can you prioritize sustainability without overspending?
As a Leader you have to assume the no negotiable topic and manage the other topics. Conect the strategy of your industry, the audience need and tell the story behind the choices. Inviting the audience be part of the journey. No gifts? Why? Drink fountain what the impact? This is the best way to create the new sustainable conscious. Make it simple. Better do something than plan the perfect and never move on. Hope you enjoy this simple view based on my experience as fomer CMO and now consultant in transfom events in a sustainable platform 🌀💚🌀
