«I had the pleasure of working with Julian in the same team for around two years. I have experienced from him a great deal of professionalism as I always knew I could count on Julian to supply a fast working solution, even in great challenges. Julian is the type of engineer that just knows how to deliver. Except my own personal experience, from behind the scene, I also hallway talks about how Julian is the guy to turn to when trouble comes along. Few things I saw in Julian I didn't see in many engineers is his way of providing a simple solution to complicated problems. With great creativity sense, Julian knew how to simplify issues and make it easier to overcome - a skill I hardly see in people in general and I believe to be part of Julian's skills set. Most of my experience with Julian was through digital matters as we were in offices in different countries. In spite of the distance, I always felt like Julian is trying to do his best to overcome communication challenges in order to keep the work running smooth. IMHO this is something nobody should take for granted which means Julian is a great employee even from a far! So all in all, Julian is a very recommended software engineer which I am greatly positive would benefit every company that would have him!»
