You're facing operational constraints in strategic planning. How will you overcome these obstacles?
I think the most important thing is to understand what will make a difference among all the main issues, putting focus in the top that really matter. For that evaluation, use as much facts as possible so that the prioritization is more accurate. It is also important to keep an eye on the progress and pivot if needed, it doesn’t matter if that means throwing something. All what’s was done needs to be taken as a learning that helped pivoting going in the right direction. Last but not least, do not look for the answers just in your organization, as that will be short sighted. Get insights from outside and blend with the knowledge in youe organization.

You're leading a diverse team through a major transition. How do you ensure belonging and unity prevail?
In my experience, the most important thing is transparency. Everyone needs to know what's happening, and the leader should guide the team with clear objectives. Communication is critical. Also, achievable milestones needs to be defined, so that each small win can be cellebrated towards the final goal. Besides, challenges needs to be also clear, so that there are no surprises and everyone can be prepared. Last, but not least, the leader needs to be giving the example every time, creating an environment of trust, where failures are discussed and help the team to get better.
