manner, integrating with an external system responsible for transportation and cargo insurance and communication with carriers.

Used in tens of branches and nine Cross-docking centres spread across Brazil, making it possible for deliveries to be sent to more than 3,600 Brazilian cities, covering more than 85% of the country's population.

GC - Gestão de Contribuições (Management of Contributions): Following the publication of Decree-Law nº. 2/2018, there was a need to adapt the modules of Social Security Direct, in my case GC, to contemplate the New Contribution Scheme for Independent Workers. The AOP project consists of a system used by Caixa Geral de Depósito bank agencies to create customer demands that could not be handled at the time of service. These processes were sent to the back office to be manually or automatically processed following a BPM flow. The Platform Services, which has as its main characteristic the integration of AOP through the exposure and consumption of webservices, batch processes, and message queues.

The project was reshaping the Santander Brazil mobile bank. The main functionalities within the scope were the checking and loans. We were able to increase the ratings on the app stores from 2 to 4 stars within the first 6 months.

SIMCO is a project that aims to digitize the process of selling, buying, and analyzing proposals for health plans for Unimed-BH clients, with the goal of reducing paper usage in the sales process by 90%.
