«Egor is the kind of developer we all look for. He throws himself into the project without fear, regardless of the challenge before him, is always available to context switch and aid teammates and has the skills to get it done and tie it all together nicely. In our blockchain project he wasn't handed clean Golang code or even a standard EVM project to build against. Egor was thrown into a years old, poorly maintained backend codebase with no documentation and very limited resources who possessed any knowledge. This never slowed him down or tripped him up. Instead, everything he touched ended in the state it should have been when he arrived, clean and well documented. Beyond the work itself the culture in a blockchain startup is critical. It's one thing being a spectacular developer but with such a small team working in silos it is almost more important to bring a positive attitude, excitement and a team first mentality. Egor embodied these more than anyone else on the team. Regardless of the challenge we faced, and there were many, he pushed through with a positive outlook, ready to help wherever he could.»
