«I had the opportunity to report directly to Fábio Dassan during one of the most challenging projects I’ve been a part of—migrating infrastructure between cloud s. The scale of the project was immense, with over 400 TBs of data and a highly complex service mesh system involving numerous serverless services. The timeframe was nearly impossible, yet Fábio's leadership and guidance helped us accomplish what seemed unachievable. Throughout the project, Fábio demonstrated a remarkable ability to stay calm under pressure and strategically plan each phase of the migration. His approach to developing tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions made the process far more efficient, leveraging cutting-edge technology to aid us in meeting our goals. He ensured that we were using the best practices, keeping the team focused on delivering high-quality work despite the tight deadline. Though the project had to conclude within a very short period, we completed the migration successfully, and I look back on it with a strong sense of accomplishment. Fábio's leadership played a critical role in ensuring that we met our objectives, and he fostered a sense of pride and resilience in the team. We were able to stand tall knowing that, even under challenging conditions, we had successfully completed the mission.
