In the 21st century , the problem is not the lack of communications platforms /app ( we have a lot ...even more than we can use) , the problem is how we use them . Usually in my teams I bring up the table one discussion : 1) which tool we will use for daily communication /discussion ,2) which tool we will use to communicate important information that need to accesible for all , 3) which tool we will use for documentation . Once that is clear , then is a matter of check what we have ( in of the ecosystem where we work )and which one will be use for what.

I think that beside making clear who y who and who is responsable /able for what , each team member should believe that, take it and make it happen. A matrix , dashboard or table with "titles" is just not enough if the team member does not believe it. Finally , each assignation /Role must have a common agreement between the team and the team member so everyone see that same picture and this should be re-enforce time to time.

What do you do if scope creep threatens your software project's productivity?
this is common especially when the first MVP it's as good as expected . Also is a common trend when poor refinement or Analysis has been made . On the other hand , it's an opportunity to get closer to the client /Product Owner and understand why , for what , for which purpose (ROI) new requirements appear . 90% of the time , they realize themselves that may not be so important as they thought and also we realize that we may need to adjust something on our side to really give value to them
