You're aiming to excel in Data Engineering leadership. What essential skills do you need to master?
We can divide it into hard skills and soft skills. On hard skills side, for sure: SQL, Python,Spark and choose a cloud provider to learn about Cloud solutions. Databricks is a must on any Cloud solutions as well. On soft skills aspect i'd say have a problem solver mentality, don't spend energy on tooling only, talk to people, ask, get informed, show interest, listen actively, learn something new at every task. The journey will be fascinating.

What are the best ways to display Machine Learning results?
People will really engage and use the data if they can interact somehow with it. If they can only see and try to absorve it, maybe they won't really go deeper in their analysis. So we can try to make some filters and drill down analysis available in order to help people to try different approaches and interact as much as possible with data. Try to combine this approach and good data visualizations showing relationships and aggregations. It could be an intersting approach.

What does a data analyst do in a data architecture team?
I'd say that regular data analysts just display aggregations within the data business regularly analyses, but good data analysts try to discover unknown patterns and trends hidden in this data. So if you want to stand out, really go into the data, try to analyse it making different questions which will lead you to new answers.

How do you combine data engineering with data science?
In my point of view data engineers deliver data as good as possible for data scientists run their ML models. Collaboration between both professional is very beneficial for the project so communication is a key part of this flow. What we need to align as data engineers is: 1-how often we need this data to be processed? would it be better created a event-triggered pipeline instead of scheduled one? 2- is there any chance of the schema changing overtime? 3-is there any chance of the file format change orvertime? Try to align this questions frequently to avoid surprises.
