You're working remotely with your team. How can you boost productivity?
When you work remotely, the most difficult thing is to disconnect. In my case it works to turn off all screens in my house :) And use free time on outdoor or relaxation activities. The more relaxed you are, the better your work performance will be since our mind is not loaded with more images that can eventually cause stress, anxiety or depression.

What strategies can you use to understand code review better?
Something I learned over time. It is to add a file that simply explains the business rules by which it is reflected in the code, for example when using DDD, beyond comments in the code. This adds a lot to someone new to the team since, over time, what takes the most is understanding the business logic rather than the code, which is just interpreting it.
